The Weekly Lottery, Tried & True, and City Expansion Campaign
Weekly Lottery: Each week, we provide a new theme, encouraging users to post content and select the best submissions to win a free urban experience.
The Weekly Lottery is one of our most successful activities so far, as its reward system is straightforward and users have a clear goal. This approach also helps the community gather more of the thematic content we’re aiming for.

Post about an experience to enter the lottery

When users create a new post, a banner will be attached to indicate that the post has entered the lottery.
tried&true: Users can simply download S’more, sign up for the event, and have a chance to win, with no barriers to entry.
As long as users sign up for the Tried & True event, they have a chance to be selected. This low-barrier mechanism helps attract new users more effectively. To maximize user growth, we’ve also incorporated a feature that encourages users to invite others, amplifying the benefits of user acquisition.

We regularly update and offer a variety of free city experiences for users to sign up and participate in.

Users can easily sign up for the lottery with just a few simple steps.

Once users sign up, they can invite a friend to pair up. If one wins, both get tickets. This boosts winning chances and helps attract more new users.

We also have a feature where users can “invite 10 people to earn a pass card.” Once they have the pass card, they can directly sign up for any event without waiting for the lottery results.

Refer 10 people to get a pass card

With a pass card, users can directly sign up for an event for free without entering the lottery.
Bring S’more to X: A city expansion campaign designed to encourage user-generated posts beyond New York City.
We launched a community event that encourages users in cities beyond New York to share local experiences together. Users can compete on a leaderboard and win rewards, helping us quickly generate the first wave of community content in new cities.

When users switch to a city outside New York, they’re invited to help build the community by posting.
Users can work together to unlock 300 posts and claim rewards based on their ranking. Progress animations will appear when 30% and 60% of the goal is reached, visually representing the city’s gradual growth.

A city leaderboard ranks users by post count, encouraging friendly competition.
