Step1 - Know your needs: By asking questions step by step, we gain insight into users' nuanced needs.

Step 2 - Refine user needs. By providing pre-set keywords, we aim to collect user preferences in a more detailed manner, assisting AI in narrowing down the range of products.

Step 3 - Search for products: There is a search module at the top, allowing users to perceive search updates continuously. This way, users might be more willing to provide comprehensive information.

Step 4 - Deliver search results: If the user stays silent for a while, we’ll suggest the top product in the chat, showing key details and how it matches their needs, using AI to analyze reviews from across the web.
